CSMN Exhibitions Retrospective

October 2026 Version. Work still in progress.

This ISU congress will offer on the 550 m2 2nd floor numerous exhibitions open all week to the external public of ldcf27.

The local Neuchâtel Mountains Stereoscopic Club (CSMN) will present large parts of its last 10 years of 3D exhibitions:

Lycée Blaise-Cendrars of La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) 2021 & Gaillac (FR) 2022 : Les Diableries

In collaboration with Denis Pellerin of the London Stereoscopic Company, this is the first time that giant 2x2m wheatstones and life-size skeletons have been offered to enhance the initial 2D exhibition by Philippe Dallais. For 2027, a giant 2x2m digital wheatstone will project the best of the A serie Diableries, and you will be able to see some of these original polyramic cardboards. Brian May’s magnificent animated film about the Diableries will also be shown on passive 3D TV.

Lycée Blaise-Cendrars of La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) 2022 & Gaillac (FR) 2023 : Macro-Micro-Myxos, les myxomycètes ne manquent pas de relief /(slime moulds)

In collaboration with Bernard Jenni (microbiologist, author of the original images with focus-stacking technique), the fascinating world of these polymorphic organisms, which are neither plants, nor animals, nor fungi, is presented in giant 120×80 cm anaglyphs with magnifications of nearly 1:100… with one giant wheatstone as a bonus.

Lycée Blaise-Cendrars of La Chaux-de-Fonds (CH) 2024 & Whir-au-Val (FR) 2025 : Les micro minéraux ne manquent pas de profondeur (micro minerals)

In collaboration with Michel Fels (an amateur micromineralist from Alsace and author of the original images with focus-stacking technique), this time the small-scale mineral world is presented in giant anaglyphs measuring 120×80 cm, with magnifications of nearly 1:100… and of course, one giant wheatstone specimen as a bonus.
