The congress registration allows the participants to attend the Welcome Party, the Stereo Theatre projection, the Workshops and the Trade Fair as well as meet other participants in the public spaces of the Congress venue. Please note that the excursions (outings and guided city walks) and the farewell dinner are charged separately.
You also need to book your own accommodation. See Hotel Information in the Venue section.
A substantial financial grant from the ISU was used to reduce the congress fee for members and their families. If you are not a member of the ISU, we encourage you to join and save on the congress fee! For more information go to ISU Membership.
By April 30th we need to commit on the number of participants for the congress. So, please book before April 30th. After April 30h we can accept only a very limited number of bookings and by June 30th registration closes. We cannot accept any bookings in July/August.
Registration pdf form
Please download and fill one pdf form per participant and send it by email to the registration desk at isu27registration@csmn.ch. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory!
If you come with your partner or child, please mention the other participants in your party in the additional notes section of the registration form. That way, we can check if you all are eligible for the ISU/SGS member price and can send you one combined invoice.
Once you have submitted your registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Later you will receive an email with an invoice and payment instructions. Please make your payment within 14 days to confirm your excursions reservation. After this deadline, reservations will be released.

Farewell dinner
The price of the farewell dinner on the last Monday is CHF 80.

Trade Fair
Registration opens in September 2026!
The trade fair will be organised on Saturday and Sunday on the 3rd stage of the maison du peuple. For information on prices and how to book a trade table please contact the congress manager at isu27tradefair@csmn.ch.

Cancellation policy
For cancellation of the congress by a participant the following applies:
- Up to 15 June 2025 a refund of 95% of the Congress attendance fee, farewell dinner and T-shirt.
- After 15 June 2025 a refund of 75% of the Congress attendance fee, farewell dinner and T-shirt.
For cancellation of excursions by a participant the following applies:
- A refund of 50% of the excursion fees. If there is a waiting list and someone else can take your place a refund of 95% applies.

By registering for this event, you accept the following terms and conditions:
You might get photographed and/or filmed during the congress and the outings. These pictures will be used for reports about the congress afterwards.
Your name and country will appear on the list of participants, which will be handed out to the other attendees and/or may be published in the congress brochure.
